Job summary

EVRi Barnsley Fulfilment is seeking a motivated Fulfilment Supervisor to lead a team of up to 10 Warehouse Operatives, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, productivity targets are met and quality and service standards are maintained.

You’ll drive performance by monitoring KPIs and throughput, coach colleagues, and uphold health and safety across the shift. A key role in a fast-paced fulfilment operation with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or retail.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• An understanding of KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
