Job summary

The Cambridge King Street Brew House is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our pub team in Cambridge. You will lead shifts, guide staff, and uphold service standards to ensure guests have memorable experiences.

With a passion for hospitality, you will train team members, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming, fun environment in a central Cambridge location. This role is on-site and offers career development within the pub group.

You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
