Job summary

Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Coffee House, guiding shifts and ensuring guests receive a fantastic experience.

You will support the management team, motivate colleagues, train newcomers and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation while solving problems on the fly.

Qualifications

Aboutthe Role

As a Supervisor, you'll be one of theleaders of the Coffee House, helping to create an environment where both yourteam and our guests have a fantastic experience.

You'll support the management team with theday-to-day operation of the business, lead shifts with confidence and helpdevelop your colleagues to be the very best they can be.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoyssupporting others, solving problems, taking ownership and leading by example. You'll play an important part in building a positive culture where greathospitality, teamwork and high standards come naturally.

ADay in the Life

As a Supervisor, you'll:

• Lead shifts to ensure every guest receivesexceptional service.
• Support and motivate the team throughoutbusy services.
• Coach colleagues in delivering Trading Posthospitality standards.
• Help train and welcome new team members.
• Work alongside the management team toachieve sales, service and operational goals.
• Support the smooth running of the CoffeeHouse by making confident decisions and resolving issues as they arise.
• Monitor standards of cleanliness, foodsafety and presentation throughout the venue.
• Lead by example, creating a positiveatmosphere where the team can perform at their best.
• Jump in wherever needed, whether thatserving customers, making coffee or supporting the kitchen team.

Previousexperience

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience working in a busyhospitality environment.
• Experience supporting orsupervising a team.
• Strong organisational andcommunication skills.
• The ability to prioritise tasksand manage multiple demands.

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Barista experience within specialty coffee.
• Experience coaching or training colleagues.
• A desire to progress into management.
