Job summary

Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Coffee House alongside the General Manager. You will develop a motivated, high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll coach, recruit and onboard new staff while maintaining standards in service, safety and presentation. This role offers opportunity to progress into broader leadership positions within the group.

Asan Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading your Coffee Housealongside the General Manager.
