Job summary

Little Wing Bangor is seeking a Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will report to the General Manager and help maximise revenue, control costs and maintain cleanliness.

This is a full-time role averaging 30–40 hours per week with a competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum, plus a performance bonus, on-shift pizza and a 20% staff discount across sites.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisor experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and strong communication.
• NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to the restaurant team to ensure excellent service.
• Work with the General Manager to maximise revenue and control costs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Bangor, Management team.

As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the GeneralManager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 30 - 40 hour per week. As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of up to £29,000 per annum.

• NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
