Job summary

Beannchor Group's Little Wing on Ormeau Road in Belfast is seeking a Supervisor to join the Management team. You will provide direction and support to the restaurant team, working with the General Manager to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain cleanliness across the venue.

This is a full-time position with an expected 30–40 hours per week. You will receive £13.46 per hour, plus a bonus structure, and enjoy perks such as free pizza on shift and a 20% discount across Beannchor outlets.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
• Proven organisational skills and ability to manage a team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering great pizza.

Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic (and delicious!) Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland!

We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Ormeau Road, Management team.

As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the GeneralManager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 30 - 40 hour per week. As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of £13.46 per hour.

• 1 years' supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
• NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
