We're currently working with a highly rated IFA based in Rossendale, for an experienced practitioner to join their established service as a Supervising Social Worker.

This IFA also has great staff retention, with vacancies being rare. They focus on professional development, with two of the senior management team being homegrown. You will also be enrolled onto a L&D programme to support your continued professional development.
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will support and manage approved foster carers, assess special guardians, and ensure support plans are in place. You will work with children’s social workers to achieve permanence, either through long-term fostering or special guardianship.
For this role, you require a social work qualification & registration with Social Work England.
