Location: Sussex & Surrey (Portslade-on-Sea)
Salary: Up to £39,727
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call rota during evenings and weekends
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervising Social Worker to join Blue Sky Fostering. We seek a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team in the Sussex & Surrey area.
As a Supervising Social Worker at Blue Sky Fostering, you will manage a manageable caseload, playing a key role in supporting, guiding, and training our foster carers and children/young people. You will collaborate with our dedicated clinical and support teams to ensure appropriate support is in place.
Your responsibilities include maintaining contact and home visits with foster carers and children/young people, ensuring their care and development needs are met, managing placements, and undertaking planning and interventions for referrals. You will ensure that children and young people have a safe, nurturing environment to reach their full potential.
