What You'll Do

As a Supervising Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in:

• Supporting the growth and development of the Electronic Data Management team.
• Overseeing daily activities and ensuring that the team delivers to both internal and external client requirements.
• Managing expectations, tracking progress, anticipating resourcing issues, and providing timely updates.
• Identifying training needs and providing coaching to ensure your team can meet expectations.
• Driving efforts to assess opportunities for operational process enhancements.

What You Bring:

As a Supervising Lawyer, your ability to manage people at all levels, your organisational skills, and your clear communication style will contribute significantly to the team's success.

• Qualified Solicitor (preferably England & Wales)
• 2+ years experience within data management, regulatory and / or litigation
• Experience working with Relativity is ideal but not essential
