In addition to the pay stated, you will receive a shift premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00. This will be paid at the pay range minimum rate for your role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service and perform shopkeeping tasks to ensure efficient and productive operations.
2. Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed for customers.
3. Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
4. Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns for items nearing their sell-by dates.
5. Support the wider shop team, including checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling on-demand customer orders, and more.
6. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Effective communication skills to work well with team members and customers.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Interest and knowledge of food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the branch as needed.
