Job Description:

• Oversee Tenant Improvement projects and new development projects.
• Manage the construction process while identifying and solving problems that arise.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and employees.
• Work with local municipalities to ensure proper permitting and inspections.
• Help establish and maintain project schedules including start, progress, and completion timelines.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for their performance.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts related to each trade involved in the project.
• Ensure completion of all final punch lists and that projects are finalized before final payment and occupancy.
• Make operational adjustments as necessary to meet construction deadlines.
• Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques.
