We're supporting a globally recognised LNG ship management company experiencing rapid growth, with a significant number of vessels under management and aggressive fleet expansion plans. The business is renowned for its award-winning safety culture, operational excellence, and vibrant team environment. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Qualified and experienced HSEQ Superintendent to join their London-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a strong, inspired organisation offering above-market compensation and international relocation support.

What will you be doing?

Provide safety, environmental, and navigational oversight across a fleet of LNG vessels.

Manage, maintain, and review the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and audit frameworks.

Support and lead internal audits, navigation audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.

Assist in the implementation and review of ship security plans under CSO authority.

Deliver training guidance and ensure compliance with industry, port state, and charter party requirements.

Are you the ideal candidate?

Must have sailed as Chief Officer or Master on LNG carriers.

Holds Advanced Tanker Safety Training (Gas) and Internal Auditor Certificate.

Preferably has shore-based experience in an HSEQ or auditing role.

Strong understanding of LNG cargo operations, marine regulations, and charter performance requirements.
