Job summary

McLaren Automotive in Woking is seeking two automotive polishers to join the Paint shop team. The role is Monday to Friday, 05:30am to 2:15pm, with permanent positions after an initial temporary period.

Pay rates are £17.07 per hour, £25.60 per hour after 40 hours Monday to Friday and Saturdays, and £34.13 per hour on Sundays and bank holidays. Your main duties are to ensure health and safety guidelines are followed, the PES paint process is adhered to, and to achieve a high-quality finish on

Qualifications

• Experience polishing cars is required and training is provided.
• Must follow health and safety guidelines and paint processes.
• Ability to learn multiple processes and cover for absences.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow detailed process documents for painting vehicles.
• Ensure station operations meet takt and quality standards.
• Escalate quality, cost, or productivity concerns to your leader.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards within the work area.
