Job summary

Gi Group United Kingdom is recruiting for 2 automotive polishers to join the Paint shop team at McLaren Automotive. The role operates Monday to Friday, 05:30am to 2:15pm.

Training and all necessary equipment are provided, with permanent status after an initial temporary period. Pay rates include £17.07 per hour (up to 40 hours), £25.60 per hour after 40 hours (Mon–Fri and Saturdays) and £34.13 per hour on Sundays/bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience polishing cars is required.
• Training and all equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed process documents relating to painting of vehicles.
• Complete station tasks within takt and to a high standard.
• Escalate quality, cost or productivity concerns to your leader.
• Maintain 5S within your work area.
• Keep to the uniform/clothing standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities as requested.
• Be flexible to learn multiple processes.
