Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant kitchen experience.
• Strong knowledge of market-standard food products.
• Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
• Available mornings 6:00–15:00, Monday to Friday.
• Holder of right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a delicious, memorable breakfast.
• Set up and break down the breakfast service.
• Understand daily specials, menu changes and dietary needs.
• Monitor portion and waste to maintain profit margins.
• Monitor incoming goods such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Put away all deliverables in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure HACCP, fire safety and working conditions are followed.
