Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Police Custody & Office Cleaner for a Sunday-only 6-hour shift at Pudsey Police Station, Dawsons Corner LS28. The role involves deep cleaning, biohazard awareness, and maintaining high hygiene standards in custody suites and offices.

Opportunities for overtime may arise to cover annual leave and sickness, discussed at interview. Join our Blue Light Soft FM Cleaning Team and contribute to safe, clean spaces for communities.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Knowledge of colour coding cloths, manual handling, COSHH and health & safety.
• Experience using cleaning equipment, including scrubber dryers.
• Must be able to pass a Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) check.
• UK residency for the last 3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas to required standards including custody suites, interviews rooms, cells and vehicles.
• Use appropriate PPE and uniforms during working hours.
• Follow strict biohazard, infection control and contamination protocols.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in a secure police environment.
