Job summary

Cotham School is seeking a Sunday Letting Assistant to help ensure safe, smooth, and welcoming Sunday lettings. You will greet hirers, prepare rooms, monitor activities, and perform site checks to keep premises clean, tidy and secure.

No formal qualifications are required; strong communication, reliability, initiative and awareness of safeguarding are essential. Training will be provided. This is a fixed-term contract, 21.21 GBP per hour, Sundays 09:30–16:30, for 12 months, with probation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and ensure Sunday lettings run smoothly.
• Prepare rooms and facilities for events and activities.

• Ensure premises are left clean, tidy and secure after lettings.
