Ardmore Language Schools, with over 35 years of experience, is a leading provider of junior English Language programmes, taking English learning beyond the classroom. We offer young international students a high standard, safe learning environment in the UK, combined with a culturally immersive and fun activity programme.

We are currently seeking individuals to lead our centre's academic team and oversee the academic aspects of our summer programmes.

You Must Have
  • Undergraduate Degree and DELTA or DipTESOL or equivalent
We Are Looking For
  • Previous summer school and management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain English language aspects
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team-player attitude
  • Ability to coach and motivate qualified EFL teachers and large groups of international children/teenagers
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a busy environment
You Must
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a valid DBS
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be available to work 48 hours per week during the last week of June and all of July, including evenings and weekends
  • Be able to live and work on-site; accommodation and full board will be provided free of charge
