Position Overview

We are currently seeking individuals to lead our centre's academic team and oversee the academic aspects of our programmes this summer.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree and DELTA or DipTESOL or equivalent

• Previous summer school and management experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain aspects of English language clearly
• Strong organizational skills
• Team leadership and motivation abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a busy environment

Must-Have Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to obtain a valid DBS
• Minimum age of 18
• Availability to work 48 hours per week during the last week of June and all of July, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to live and work on-site with provided accommodation and full board
