Summer Boarding Courses is seeking an Activity Leader to deliver engaging activity sessions and provide pastoral care during residential courses across our UK sites. You will plan, run and supervise a varied activity programme while supporting students’ safety and welfare throughout their stay.

You will work up to 52 hours per week over six days, with on-site accommodation and comprehensive staff support, safeguarding training and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading or coaching groups of children in a professional capacity.
• Experience of working with children.
• Strong communication skills under pressure.
• Flexible within a residential summer school environment.
• Ability to lead activities and excursions.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and facilitate activity sessions for groups of students.
• Lead off-site excursions with thorough supervision.
• Ensure student welfare and appropriate behaviour.
• Handle administrative tasks including sign-up, registers, risk assessments and incident logs.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
