Job summary

Man Group invites penultimate-year university students to join the Summer Internship Programme in our AHL IDI team. You will participate in a 12-week rotation to understand strategies, investment approaches and how business areas fit within Man Group.

Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting research ideas, testing processes, and using data analytics, with mentorship and cross-team collaboration throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year university student applying for summer internship.
• Strong academic record in a technical field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Support quantitative modelling and data implementation projects within AHL IDI.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and technology teams on project work.
• Develop technical and analytical skills through hands-on internship tasks.
