Job summary

Man Group, based in London, offers a Junior Quantitative Researcher path within the AHL Quant Talent Programme. You will rotate across alpha research, portfolio construction, execution research, and risk management over three six-month rotations.

The formal training starts with a comprehensive introduction and a mentor to guide your development, with strong emphasis on mathematics, computing, and financial markets.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical, statistical, or computing skills from a reputable university.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and implement trading strategies.
• Contribute to AHL's overall research effort by collaborating with teams across AHL.
• Follow industry/academic literature for innovations and suggest how AHL can profit from this.
• Apply quantitative techniques and market intuition to large datasets and cultivate areas of expertise.
• Contribute to the business' overall research effort by interacting with other research teams.
