Throughout the programme, you’ll receive personalised guidance from mentors, people leaders and Programme Champions, with opportunities to connect with interns from different disciplines and broaden your professional network.

Qualifications

• On track to complete a degree in Business Studies or Psychology by 2028.
• Self-starter with a passion for developing new skills.
• Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply skills to real problems.
• Empathy and listening to understand client needs.
• Well-rounded with varied experiences.
• Available to join the 8-week programme from 28 June 2027 to 20 August 2027.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Penultimate year student, degree finishing in 2028.

Responsibilities
