• On track to complete a degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering in 2028.
• Self-starter with a passion for developing new skills.
• Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply skills to real-world problems.
• Empathy and listening skills to understand client requirements.
• Penultimate year student finishing degree in 2028.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom skills to real business challenges during eight weeks.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals in a supportive hub environment.
• Engage with mentors and Programme Champions to maximise learning.
