Job summary

Barclays invites penultimate or final year university students to join its Sales, Trading and Structuring Summer Internship Programme in London. You will rotate across desks covering a broad range of areas and gain hands‑on experience within a global financial leader.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year university student in any discipline.
• Genuine interest in business or finance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Visa sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner with high standards.
• Participate in rotations across Sales and Trading desks: Financial resources management, Client strategy, Credit, Equities, FX, Rates, Structuring, Securitised Products.
• Collaborate with teams to support business initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Engage in learning opportunities and mentorship throughout the 10-week programme.
