Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Brighton is offering a Management Placement/Internship Programme. As an Intern in a flagship retail branch you will interact with customers, deliver exceptional service and develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

You'll learn how customer interactions contribute to branch success, gain transferable skills, and build a foundation for a career in retail and mobility services. Start dates: 17 May, 24 May or 7 June 2027 with the programme running through September

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students from any university are eligible.
• Assessment is based on competencies evaluated during the process.

• Customer Service & Relationship Building – Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the rental journey and build rapport with customers.
• Commercial Awareness – Understand customer needs and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Relationship Building - Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the rental journey and build rapport with customers and confidently handle enquiries, reservations and concerns.
• Commercial Awareness – Understand customer needs and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions for the customer.
• Teamwork & Collaboration - Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, support branch objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Communication - Support customers by clearly explaining rental agreements, vehicle features and additional products.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement/Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.

Additional Information

• Start Date: Successful candidates must be available to commence on one of the following dates: 17th May, 24th May or 7th June 2027.
• Programme Commitment: Candidates must be available to remain on the internship programme until Friday 3rd September 2027 with the potential to extend based on university schedule and business need.
