AmeriCamp Ltd is hiring a Sales Associate to connect applicants with US-based summer camps. You will engage leads across multiple channels, advise on programme expectations, and push bookings while tracking metrics and contributing to campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment with targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to leads via phone, email, messaging and social channels.
• Advise interested parties and influence them to book.
• Track sales metrics and report insights for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft promotional campaigns.
• Log interactions in CRM systems and manage payments/cancellations.
• Attend events to promote programmes and support events internally/externally.
• Be the main contact for existing bookings and respond to queries.
