Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with outlet manager
• Ensure shift staff meet drink/food standards
• Maintain outlet cleanliness on shift
• Complete shift reporting for Environmental Health Organisation
• Cash up at end of day
• Assist with weekly stock takes
• Deliver customer service and resolve complaints
• Act as key holder for opening/closing the outlet
• Make and serve hand-crafted drinks
• Clear tables and tidy up
• Till operation
• Restock products
• Train new team members as directed
• Prepare outlet for events
• Create content for HatHats social media channels; may feature on vlog
• Attend outlet team meetings
