Compass Group UK&I is hiring a Barista on a flexible, zero-hours basis, working variable shifts to craft drinks and serve food with a friendly smile. You’ll become part of customers’ daily routine, handling cash and card payments while maintaining a clean, well-stocked coffee bar.

The role emphasizes learning brewing methods, food presentation, and adhering to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Hands-on experience with coffee equipment or eagerness to learn.
• Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to a busy environment.
• Follows Food Hygiene and Safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Preparing drinks and serving food to a high standard.
• Learn brewing methods, drinks and food presentation.
• Keep the coffee bar clean and stocked with mugs and plates.
• Check equipment works properly and report maintenance needs.
• Take cash and card payments.
• Comply with Food Hygiene and Safety standards.
