Job Description:

Ideal Applicant:

Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be certified in both Onboarding and Recruitment; however, consultants certified only in Onboarding will be considered.

This is not a sponsored role - You must have existing right to work in the UK or Ireland without Sponsorship.

Job Purpose

To ensure successful implementation by meeting client requirements and expectations, advising on impacts of decisions, guiding clients on product options, providing best practices, and driving adoption. The Consultant maintains strong client relationships through high satisfaction and trust via proactive engagement.

SuccessFactors Certifications Required

  • Onboarding (THR97) Certification is required
  • Recruitment Management (THR83) is ideal in addition to Onboarding
  • Recruitment Marketing (THR84) is ideal in addition to Onboarding

Certifications must be active, in date, and valid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment as SME, resolving system issues
  • Manage projects and documentation following SAP methodology
  • Support and advise during UAT and data migration
  • Support upgrades and train super users
  • Understand project economics and deliver within budget
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Support implementation of new or revised processes, including configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and training
  • Develop and implement support processes for SuccessFactors modules
  • Participate in governance forums and design authorities, providing SME expertise
  • Manage operational administration of Performance Management and Compensation solutions, ensuring issues are resolved per SLAs
  • Collaborate with the Head of Support for ongoing module administration and support

Person Specification

Required Experience:

  • Experienced HR practitioner preferred
  • Associate Certification required
  • Proven success in at least four implementations/support of SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and other HR systems
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements
  • Knowledge of HR systems integration and configuration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
