Job summary

East Coast College is seeking a proactive Success Coach – Schools to lead engagement and transition activities across feeder schools and the wider community. This role helps raise aspirations, supports progression, and inspires learners to take the next step in their educational journey.

You will work with young people in a college environment, using excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate students.

Job description

Job Title: Success Coach - Schools
Location: Lowestoft Sixth Form Campus
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/07/2028
Salary: Band G £26,114.55 - £27,713.40 per annum (FTE)

East Coast College is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Success Coach – Schools to lead engagement and transition activities across our feeder schools and wider community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in raising aspirations, supporting progression, and encouraging learners to take the next step in their educational journey.
