Qualifications

• Understanding of drug and alcohol misuse and available treatment pathways.
• Awareness of harm reduction and relapse prevention approaches.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and risk management.
• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals and promoting positive wellbeing.
• Ability to provide non-judgemental support and signpost individuals to appropriate services.
• Candidates with transferable experience and relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply; direct substance misuse recovery experience is not essential.
