This organisation has over 40 years of experience delivering life-changing care to individuals affected by substance misuse and crime. As part of their clinical leadership team, you will help shape a recovery-focused environment where patient-centred care and compassion come first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical assessments and evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders
• Lead and support a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure effective service delivery
• Oversee medicines management, clinical audits, and quality assurance processes
• Contribute to risk management planning and multidisciplinary case coordination
• Foster a learning culture by mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development

About You:

• A qualified registered nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD) with current NMC registration

• Strong understanding of substance misuse treatment models and holistic care planning
• Confident, organised, and passionate about supporting individuals through recovery
