Archer Resourcing has a new Substance Misuse Nurse position available in Luton.

The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with substance misuse issues, providing tailored care that respects each person's unique needs. The successful candidate should understand a holistic approach and be attentive and empathetic.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting physical and mental health assessments
2. Providing services for individuals with complex needs
3. Delivering clinical interventions to support recovery
4. Implementing opiate and alcohol intervention strategies
5. Leading harm reduction initiatives

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months (preferably on the update service for quick processing)
• Experience in substance misuse settings
• Relevant degree
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (advantageous)
