The NHS is seeking a Substance Misuse Case Manager for the Aspire4parents team to support families facing intergenerational addiction challenges. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in substance misuse, aiming to reduce statutory social care involvement while enhancing family relationships.

If you have relevant experience in the substance misuse field, a relevant degree (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work, or Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent), and a Level 3 qualification in Tackling Substance Misuse or equivalent, we would like to hear from you.
We provide a comprehensive package of accredited qualifications and support the ASYE programme for newly qualified Social Workers.

The parental substance misuse team (Aspire4parents) is a small, dedicated team working with a focused caseload, supporting families to break intergenerational addiction issues and maintain healthy family relationships with minimal statutory social care involvement.
The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity that has been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years.
Aspire is a partnership between ADS and Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). It combines the strengths of NHS provision under the leadership of a consultant with the strengths of the voluntary sector provided by ADS. The partnership has collaborated for over 20 years, delivering Drug and Alcohol Services to our local communities. It is a forward-thinking and innovative partnership that works closely with recovery communities to provide flexible, responsive services that aim for the best outcomes for service users and the community.
