Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Quality Professional (Subsea) to drive ISO 9001 compliance, oversee QMS, and lead quality improvements across subsea engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will implement Lean/Agile workflows and use dashboards to prevent defects in a regulated engineering environment.

The role focuses on risk-based controls, root-cause analyses, training delivery, and alignment of quality efforts across engineering, manufacturing, project management and supplier

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related discipline.
• Proven hands-on quality/continuous improvement experience in regulated engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience in subsea/oil&gas/energy sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and lead audits.
• Develop and update QMS procedures and tools.
• Ensure engineering, manufacturing and supply chain meet specs.
• Apply risk-based thinking to prevent defects.
• Lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Create dashboards to track trends and performance.
• Deliver quality training and guidance across departments.
• Foster proactive, transparent quality culture.
