Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Quality Professional to join a world-leading manufacturing organisation in Ulverston, Cumbria. The role focuses on leading ISO 9001 compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional quality initiatives across subsea engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.

The successful candidate will drive Lean/Agile workflows, develop QMS procedures, deliver training, and use data dashboards to prevent defects and ensure right-first-time delivery in a regulated

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Subsea/Oil & Gas/Energy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality standards.
• Knowledge of QA tools: PDCA, RCA, VSM, process mapping.
• Understanding of QMS, risk-based thinking and audits.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update Subsea QMS procedures.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and corrective actions.
• Ensure specs understood across projects.
• Apply risk-based thinking to design, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Investigate quality issues using PDCA and RCA.
• Build dashboards showing trends and risks.
