Job summary

Capital Outsourcing Group Ltd is seeking an ambitious Quality Manager to lead the quality function across manufacture, assembly, testing and delivery of subsea products. You will own the Quality Management System, champion continual improvement and collaborate with customers, suppliers, operations and executives to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

You will empower a talented quality team, drive data-led decisions, and be empowered to stop production when non-conformances

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in technical/engineering or manufacturing.
Strong ISO 9001 experience.
Lead Auditor training.
Experience with ITPs and Quality Plans.
Root cause analysis and problem solving.
Experience with customers and supply chain partners.
Experience across machining and fabrication.

Responsibilities

Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control across manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery.
Own and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and API Q1.
Embed quality across the complete product lifecycle from contract review to delivery.
Lead audits and drive continual improvement.
Develop and coach the Quality team and foster a culture of accountability.
