Job summary

An international subsea services company in Aberdeen is looking for a skilled Project Planner to support the timely delivery of subsea projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to develop Work Breakdown Structures and manage vessel schedules. Proficiency in project planning tools and strong communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• Experience in project planning tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work in the subsea or energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers on project structures.
• Create planning outputs and reports while managing vessel schedules.
• Assist with resource planning and update project schedules.

Skills

Experience in Primavera (P3/P6) or similar

Experienced in Microsoft Project

Proficient in Microsoft Packages

Excellent communicator, reader and writer

Good working knowledge of Business Management Systems

Demonstrable experience in the subsea or energy industry

Education

Relevant university degree
