Job summary

SEA Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Planner to provide professional planning and scheduling support across portfolios, programmes and projects. The role can be based at Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple with flexible working.

The salary is circa £50k, depending on experience. You will establish and maintain detailed schedules, support baselines at bid and delivery, provide schedule analysis and progress reporting, and help delivery teams identify risks and mitigation actions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project planning and scheduling experience on complex programmes.
• Experience developing and maintaining logic-linked schedules in Microsoft Project or similar.
• Experience with baseline development, change control and re-baselining in controlled projects.
• Desirable: APM PMQ or equivalent project planning qualification.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain detailed and logically linked project schedules, including master schedules.
• Support development and maintenance of Performance Measurement Baselines at bid stage and through re-baselining during delivery.
• Provide schedule analysis, progress reporting and performance insight for evidence-based decisions.
• Identify schedule risks, opportunities, assumptions and dependencies; develop recovery or mitigation actions.
