About the Client

The client is a major EPC specialising in subsea engineering for traditional and renewable projects worldwide.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, riser systems, flexible flowlines, and/or umbilicals. You will prepare the scope and support the offshore crew during the operation. You will ensure interface coordination with the Client, suppliers, offshore crew, and the design team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a team of engineers and a package
• Overseeing all external interfaces (clients, suppliers) and internal (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, purchase)
• Preparing documents and preliminary studies related to tenders, FEEDs, and projects developed by the Group
• Being autonomous and supervising engineering activities related to the preparation and offshore installation of the products
• Planning, preparing, and confirming specific procedures (validation tests on site, transportation, and installation) and associated calculation notes (designing lifting slings), defining priorities
• Participating in vessel mobilization and installation phases to validate technical solutions in compliance with the Group's HSEQ standards
• Ensuring activities are conducted in accordance with Project standards concerning Quality, Cost, and Time
• Serving as the technical owner, selecting contractors, and supervising subcontracted studies
• Validating concepts and planning changes considering HSEQ criteria
• Validating developments and proposing improvements aligned with HSEQ standards
• Participating in team development and expertise consolidation
• Offering innovative solutions to reduce costs

About You

• Graduated with a Master of Engineering and relevant experience in the energy sector
• Experience in subsea structures installation and/or flexible flowlines/umbilicals required
• Mooring installation and other relevant experience desirable
• Experience with offshore operations
• Autonomy, coordination, and communication skills are key assets for success in this role
