Job summary

Northern Endurance Partnership is seeking an experienced Subsea & Facilities Lead to oversee delivery of a first-of-its-kind CO2 transport and storage network in the UK. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will manage delivery partners and key interfaces, ensuring successful delivery of complex pipeline and surface facilities.

You will lead technical governance, coordinate with regulators and government, and develop business cases for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified engineer with proven delivery of complex engineering projects.
  • Experience across onshore pipelines, subsea systems and wells.
  • Strong governance, procurement, and contract management skills.
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement with government and regulators.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of engineering delivery partners and subcontractors.
  • Develop technical interfaces and governance with regulators and stakeholders.
  • Support future network expansion including pipeline and non-pipeline connections.
  • Prepare technical business cases for regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate input across commercial, regulatory and operations teams.
  • Lead engagement with shareholders and government bodies.
  • Chair technical update meetings and prepare board papers.
  • Manage contract interfaces and lifecycle activities.
