• Own the primary customer service contact across all subscription products.
• Manage the customer support inbox and ensure response times meet targets.
• Resolve queries related to account access, security, subscription management, and marketing preferences.
• Create and operate GDPR processes (e.g., Subject Access Requests, Right to be Forgotten).
• Oversee incident management and coordinate customer‑impacting issues across teams.
• Route complaints to Editorial, Compliance, Product or Technology as needed.
• Ensure external partners deliver high‑quality customer experiences through oversight.
