You'll have previous teaching experience at GCSE, A Level or equivalent international qualification level, together with a good understanding of assessment and ideally experience of exam marking. You'll have experience in a leadership position, with responsibilities such as syllabus planning, reviewing student results and supporting or managing colleagues. A confident communicator, you'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to build positive, collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents and colleagues.
