About the Role: Subject Leader - Drama and Theatre Studies
As Subject Leader, you will take full ownership of the Drama and Theatre Studies curriculum across Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and Sixth Form (KS5). You will be responsible for delivering exceptional teaching standards, developing an engaging and progressive curriculum, supporting staff development, and ensuring excellent student outcomes.
You will play a key role in shaping the cultural and creative life of the school, while collaborating with fellow department heads to drive whole-school achievement.
