PiLON in the Midlands is seeking experienced subcontractors (including Electrical) based in Nottingham and surrounding areas to deliver kitchen and bathroom renewal projects on a reliable, long-term basis.

If you're a subcontractor with CSCS cards and asbestos awareness, specify whether you want supply and fit or fit only; PiLON offers regular work flow, competitive pay and prompt payments, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months proven experience in kitchen and bathroom renewal projects.
• All trades/operatives on PiLON projects must hold valid CSCS cards and asbestos awareness certificates.
• Specify your partnering preference: supply and fit or fit only; we can be flexible

Responsibilities

• Deliver kitchen and bathroom renewal projects for the Midlands area.
• Collaborate with clients and site teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance on site
