Job Summary

Join our dynamic IT team at Client as a Data Business Analyst and be a pivotal part of our exciting growth journey. With Client's strategic priorities focused on leveraging data and transforming our operating model, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that drive our success. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  2. Document detailed business requirements and use cases.
  3. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  4. Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  5. Develop process models and workflows to optimize operations.
  6. Recommend and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project updates and gather feedback.
  9. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure effective collaboration.
  10. Gather and analyze data to support business decision-making.
  11. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  12. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting processes.
  13. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  14. Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  15. Monitor project progress and report on status to management.

Technical Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business analysis and insurance industry knowledge.
  • Must have 5 years of insurance experience.
  • Must have 3 years of experience as a Data Business Analyst.
  • Flexibility in methodologies: adapt seamlessly between agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Understanding of product management and Agile.
