Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, production, or workshop environment.
• Good understanding of hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build sub-assemblies to required specifications.
• Carry out testing and inspection activities to ensure product quality.
• Follow production schedules and complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to company workmanship and quality standards.
• Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and drawings where required.
• Support other areas of the manufacturing process when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and PPE are kept in good condition.
• Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by management.
