McLaren Automotive is seeking a Sub Assembly Technician in our production area, reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader. You will help ensure the build process is delivered to a high standard and that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed within PES workflows.

In this fast-paced role you will follow defined processes, escalate any build issues to your leader, and contribute to delivering the premium performance supercars we are renowned for.

• Ability to make sound and logical decisions.

What to Expect

As a Sub Assembly Technician within the production area, reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation within one of our Process areas, ensuring your build process is delivered to a high standard.

What You\'ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered too, the build process (PES) is followed to build a supercar to the desired standard and to escalate any build issues to your leader within takt. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals as a company.
