Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent in Water and Utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of water and utilities systems and regulations.
• Excellent project management and planning abilities.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices in construction.
• Effective leadership and ability to direct a diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in relevant computer software and tools.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in managing water and utilities projects, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Oversee the coordination and supervision of site operations, ensuring compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues or delays, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Manage allocation of resources, materials, and equipment, optimizing usage and cost control.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications, standards, and project plans.
• Foster a positive team environment, providing leadership and guidance to site staff.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality and safety compliance.
